Drake A. Thibodaux is the Assistant Director of the KRRC and the Center Administrator for the Center for Free Enterprise at West Virginia University's John Chambers College of Business & Economics. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Data Analytics, building on an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a BSBA from Nicholls State University. 

His research interests focus on occupational licensing, regulatory policy, and economic mobility with ongoing projects examining how state-level licensing barriers affect mobility outcomes. In addition to his administrative and research leadership, Drake has served in adjust faculty roles within the Chambers College where he has contributed to both undergraduate and graduate business education. 

Drake actively collaborates with academic centers, think tanks, and national policy networks to advance data-driven insights into regulatory issues.
